1. Consultation
We meet to understand your site, your brief and your budget — in person or on-site.
2. Design & Concept
Our design team develops layouts, 3D concepts and material palettes for pools, planting, hardscape, water features and lighting.
3. Proposal & Approval
You receive a clear, itemised proposal and drawings; once approved, we handle any authority permits required.
4. Construction & Execution
Our civil, MEP, landscaping and irrigation teams build to spec, with safety procedures and quality checks at every stage.
5. Quality Check & Handover
A final walkthrough confirms every detail is right before we hand the finished space over to you.
6. Ongoing Maintenance
Optional scheduled maintenance for pools, landscape, irrigation and indoor plants keeps everything looking its best.
